  • Burlington

    1400 Plains Rd E - Located at the entrance to the downtown area, and close to Go Terminal as well as in the immediate vicinity of several major shopping centres, Westgate Plaza is an older plaza tenanted by a popular billiards hall, a gym, a restaurant and a number of automotive businesses.

  • Campbellville

    35 Crawford Crescent - At the western edge of Milton on the Niagara Escarpment, Campbellville Plaza is a charming plaza featuring a family restaurant, the only grocery store, dentist and pharmacy in the village, and a number of professional and health-related businesses.

  • Guelph

    292 Stone Rd W - In one of Guelph’s prime locations on Stone Road, and right across from Stone Road Mall, this recently renovated plaza is home to a number of restaurants, an animal hospital, dentist, realtor, spa, and a number of other service-related businesses.

  • Kitchener

    188-200 Highland Rd W - Highland Plaza is a busy plaza on Highland Road, anchored by a grocery store and a popular pub. There are several other restaurants, a dentist, pharmacy and a small animal vet.

  • Milton

    310 Main Street East - This office building is tenanted by a pharmacy and health clinic, several other medical, counselling and aesthetics service providers, a realtor, and a martial arts gym.

  • Sudbury

    66 Elm Street - This three-storey building in downtown Sudbury is a professional building with CTS Canadian Career College as its anchor tenant.

  • Sudbury

    868 Falconbridge Rd - Located in an area of mostly light industrial properties. Tenants at this plaza include HVAC and electrical and solar energy service providers, among others.

  • Waterloo

    583 King St N - King Northfield Plaza is located on the LRT line at the King St. N and Northfield Dr. intersection, across from Home Depot and close to Conestoga Mall. In addition to a destination restaurant, the plaza hosts a laundromat, a tire store, optometrist and paint and design store.

  • Waterloo

    597 King St N - Just north of King Northfield Plaza, the property has two buildings and two tenants, a high-end flooring and tile store, and a Boston Pizza restaurant.
